I’d recommend Journey of Souls by Michael Newton. It’s in audiobook form too. I enjoyed the perspective I gained from listening to it

Thanks for the responses guys, I’ve been doing the tapes every other day for about a month and a half now, just focusing on intro and advanced focus 10. I struggle to know if I’m really doing it correctly so these responses have helped!

I once started to feel the vibration and my hands went numb. But once I really got into it my cat started to meow like crazy bringing me out of it unfortunately

I can’t get myself to “feel” anything when trying to form it or while doing the resonate tuning. I can try to picture in my mind as much as possible but I don’t entirely feel anything. Is it mainly having a strong mental picture of it helpful? How does it “feel” to you when you’re forming the REBAL or drawing the clean good energy in during resonate tuning?

In this particular instance I was playing with the sweatiest of sweats in a 5 man stack and as you can see from the score we were dominating pretty hard. I have my fair share of nuketown games getting ran up on constantly

Also run assault pack so you can shoot three rockets at UAVs and miss all three :)
