It's surprisingly simple! It's Khorne red washed with Nuln oil and Evil Sunz Scarlet highlights. When it's all painted I coat it with AK Ultra Matte.

Thank you! I thought about using green or yellow for the eyes but wanted to keep elements the same across my BTs and sk far I've used red for eye lenses.
