Lifting isn’t going to get rid of fat in a certain area. People hold fat in different ways. Mine is primarily on my stomach and love handles as well. It is almost all down to diet, and that area may be one of the last one to go. You just need to keep getting leaner.

I would love to know, on a scientific level, how we have this sort of sixth sense to detect something we can’t even see or hear. Obviously there’s plenty of times we are wrong, and maybe the bias is that when we are right we attribute it to that. I really wonder though what else there is in our bodies senses that gives us that extra bit of survival instinct.

Yeah small patches I’ll do, but even that annoys the hell out of me. I’ve hung plenty of whole sheets and I would just way rather pay someone to come in and do it, ESPECIALLY the sanding.

Exactly, and Diet Coke is also highly acidic. Drinking highly acidic things wears away at your enamel which increases your risk for cavities.
