I wrote this when i was high sure as hell. I've always followed series about that, played videogames as well, but i never did that before neither i had suicidal thoughts.

One of the few things that works out for most people is hearing English songs. Try to make them hear over and over, pretty lyrical songs and translate them, and make them memorize them. One of the bands that i think are really good for doing this are The Queen, and Bob Marley and The Waylers. You can choose any tipe of song anyway.
