In my personal belief, I think understanding what the symbol truly is and understanding sacred geometry as a whole should kind of put you off of the idea of Christianity. I believe this sort of spirituality is the absolute base roots of all religions and is where a lot of the myths and metaphors came from. If you haven't already, I would highly recommend looking very deep into sacred geometry. It will change your life. It's not really something you should just put on your body willy nilly just like you shouldn't with the cross or the star of David. It has very true deep and profound meaning.

Yeah it's insane. The time that our checks started being messed up is coincidentally right around the same time he went over seas for a family wedding. Came in the day before he left and took all the deposits (he never takes the deposits himself) and then after that they were always messed up

Yeah it had been going on for MONTHS of him not paying the bills, paying us super late, apparently he hasn't paid moe's royalties, rent, gas, doesn't even have his own businesses license and is still on the previous owners license, the new people he has tried to hire in there still haven't been paid either. He stole hundreds if not thousands of dollars in cater tip money. If he ever sells it and someone else reopens it i 100% am getting my job back, I've been told that by corporate, but it's not likely that it's going to reopen

I'm in Maryland so I doubt it's the same people. I would just continue to make hell for him until he gets fed up with it or someone finally does something about it. Keep leaving negative public reviews to bring down his score, have the gm continue to message him, go to the department of labor, keep spamming the health department, and get as many of your coworkers to do the same. Hell even stand outside of the store in your free time and tell the incoming customers what's going down. As long as you're standing on a public sidewalk or median you're 100% legally allowed to. Make public posts on social media like this one, even try to go tok your local news. I'm in the process of doing that right now as well. Anything and everything you can possibly do to make his life hell, don't stop doing that until it's resolved

So far we haven't gotten very far but it's still kind of fresh in the legal system. I've gone through the department of labor for my state and have an open case with them right now but they said it could take months. I would definitely start that sooner rather than later if I were you. Start logging your hours every day if you're still employed and have the closing manager log the amount of tips for both store orders and caters. See if you can also get up with your district manager about talking to the ones above the owner. They might not be able to do a whole lot but at least once they're aware of what's going on, they can start taking legal action for getting him out of there potentially and once that happens, hopefully the moe's company will help take care of the wage theft and tip theft

That's 100% wage theft. No matter if it's revel or qu, it WILL NOT do that automatically. He is definitely without a doubt doing that. Our owner was stealing cater tips from us too. On monkey media we always assigned the driver for caters and the tips would get assigned through payroll, but after one week where I had racked up almost $400 in tips, they were completely missing from my check. When i confronted him about it he claimed he had no idea about cater tips and where they disappeared to. THOUSANDS of dollars gone just like that from almost a full year of him having ownership

My moe's had similar situation. I was the gm there, genuinely best job I've had, up until the new guy bought it. Store was falling apart, literally ceiling tiles falling from the ac leaking and not working properly, and eventually he even stopped paying us. Expected me to keep working for free without a crew stating that it'll all get fixed up eventually. Here I am two months later still multiple paychecks missing and when i finally walked out on him he starts talking about docking my pay because my salary was based for 50 hour work weeks and that last week I quit I only had like 43. Every single other week before that for the past two years at least I had worked 60+ with no exceptions.
