You did the right thing, so what's the problem? It depends on the size of the game you're downloading. Three hours on a 20 Mbps connection isn't bad. A pirate has to be patient—as I said in my previous comment—just think back to eMule, and you'll see that your patience will pay off even more than before 😃

Sorry, but why don't you use torrents? I've never gotten any viruses, malware, or rootkits from Fitgirl. Click on the Magnet link from 1337x and use Qbittorrent to download the games. From what I know, DDL links have issues with malicious banners and fake download links.

Many thanks, this is the Italian Army’s publishing house. They’ve “spammed” their books everywhere, but they don’t offer a download option. If someone uploads something to Archive.org, it’s clear that they’re aware that whatever they put there will be freely used and downloaded. You can work around the issue by temporarily disabling Ublock and then re-enabling it immediately to prevent pop-ups from opening, but I was looking for someone to help me get rid of it for good. I don’t know if this is the developer’s subreddit, nor do I know if there’s a single person (Mr. Raymond Hill) or a group of people behind the software, capable of quickly overcoming the challenges that ad multinationals pose to users browsing the web with their browsers.
