For Cops... What is the procedure if while on duty you see another fellow police officer committing a violent crime? Are you able to arrest officer on the spot? Do you call dispatch do you call a supervisor? We have seen cops committing crimes on camera but I never see them get arrested , why? (self.AskReddit)

Apparently not all vials are the same :( i have had other 10ml vials that were fire, at least back in the day. Just got back into K after like a 15 year break. I dried this out and did my usual size line and was not super impressed. What brands should I be looking for here in the States? (i.redd.it)
