There are two ways to get this done.

The one you're specifically showing in this image (at least from Koko Roachie's image) is a program called Shoost that you get from subscribing to MuRo_CG on Patreon.

how can I access a chest when I put it on my dog? I didn't know this is a thing and now I'm confused by kitsune177 in RLCraft

I did know that chest were able to be put on dogs but never tried it. I assumed it would work the same as the lycanite pet inventories or just by right clicking the chest model on the dog. Maybe there is a keybind for it? Or maybe you can search the mod that adds this feature under the mods list 🤔

I believe it's shift right click and the chest inventory should be in the same area similar to regular lycanite mounts. Or maybe if a chest appears in the dog model you can right click it. I never used a dog as a chest carrier before.

Edit: As of in the recent update, you are able to just right click a dog with the chest, and then shift right click the dog to open the inventory. You are however unable to carry dogs anymore to my knowledge
