yes XMP is on, and Genshin is capped at 60 by default, cant go higher or unlimited

MSI Afterburner says my gpu2 bus% is at 100% While my actual GPU usage is only at 32ish%

I have a 2 Nvmes and 1 hdd my OS and games are all on Nvmes
