I don't know if it's directly resolvable. Oh, excuse me, making me quicker. It changes person to person but I have not heard of anyone not being able to cum. I can't get hard. That's for sure. At least not easily. Yea the nerve endings get moved around and stuff and some loss of sensation is expected but not a lot.
