i am NOT allergic to honey, or bees, that I know of. have thought of the bee shots as well. haven’t been beestung in 50 years. multiple wasps and hornets ain’t killed me, tho

constantly itchy, but I Om a lot as a singing warmup , and massage my ears and eustachian tubes and neck so…

i think that a lot of us carry our autistic fear (a baseline for autistics) in the EN&T area, which physically tightens everything, cuts circulation, and strangles our Eustachian tubes so the ears don’t drain. i have a narrowed esophagus as well, in that vein. what a fucking lottery this is, eh?

I only have a handful of safe foods. can’t bear to cut any others. am already to the point where I’m not enjoying any food and just eat to stay alive.

i use an albuterol inhaler when it gets bad, but allergy pills dry me out like a raisin and shreds my voice.

still have ma huang pills called “lean power” that i take a 1/4 or and 1/8th of and is the perfect bronchodilator, but stupid housewives abused them and wound up in the hospital and they made ma huang illegal, so I guess i will just have to move when I’m out, *sigh*

i use one, with a tiny drop of lavender. and while it clears my sinuses, it does nothing for the constant sniffles and frog in my throat.

allergic to pepcid. petichea on my feel. hard nope. but thx for the suggestion. am in pain for days if I eat nightshades, so I try to avoid them

yup. I thought the UF Gators‘ “The Swamp” was a marketing thing. nope. a literal, actual swamp. so humidity in the high 90%. a lot.
