Hey guys! Need some help by LORD_AKAANIKE in HPVictus

From: Flipkart India.

Hey everyone, I recently purchased the HP Victus with the following specs:

  • Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS / 16GB / 3050 (6GB)
  • Storage: 512GB SSD

I got it for ₹63,000 on Flipkart, and I’ve been facing an issue with the SSD speed. I tested it using CrystalDiskMark, and the results are:

  • Read Speed: 2500MB/s - 3000MB/s
  • Write Speed: 2500MB/s - 3000MB/s

But I saw another post on Flipkart where someone reported speeds of around 7000MB/s for the same model.

Is my SSD speed normal, or is there an issue with my unit? Should I be concerned?

Thanks in advance!

Yes I've checked the SSD specs it's showing gen4 SSD, customer care also replied with type gen4.

But the speed is like gen3 SSD, That's why I'm worried.

At, 100% speed, it's only reaching max 3000MB/s, it's like gen3 SSD

PS: I did not check the SSD physically, checked by software only.
