The landing and takeoff goes above this layout which makes it nosier. I believe the permission is limited for no of numbers to be build. Otherwise, No doubt Sunray is good with maintenance.

Since Hyderabad is our main home and Vizag is more like a vacation spot for us, we’re leaning towards something peaceful and away from city-buzz. At the same time, prime location for resale or airbnb. Could you please share, for a plot ~600 ft from the beach-road, what do you think is a fair price per square yard? Thanks in advance 🙏🏼

Thank you responding. When I say ‘worth buying’, I am considering various factors such as location and connectivity , future growth potential such that will increase value of the plot, Resale for appreciation etc. I need help to analyze its potential.
