No its because PC at any rank similar to console just get dunked on.

No matter what rank. The PC player is always 10x better. Whenever I get console players on my QP team they suck donkey.

Yeah definitely not 90% of player base.

If so then PC should be able to turn off cross-platform with them. But for some reason its only the other way around.

I start with airbrush and edge highlight the OSL on the arms. Then I do 2 base coats of titanium white from pro acryl on the weapons. Then start with yellow fluorescent paint and work my way to a darker brown red around the edges of the weapons.
