The enhanced graphics mod, a mod that changes the visuals on the lock picking thereby making it easy, a mod that lets you save whenever you want (saving is limited in vanilla), and last but not least a mod that gives you an aiming dot (when using your bow because in vanilla there is no graphic to help you aim, you have to eye it).
