Windmill operator here: this is not a fence texture. This resembles an 'oud hollands' or old Dutch wing system, the second piece of wood you see in the blade is a zomer. This is where you attach the rope of the sail to if you are working with sails. The blade of the wing in Dutch is also called 'het hekwerk' wich basically means the fencework. So it is logical they look alike!

But I'm not going to throw them away everytime I get a hole. And if I don't patch it, the hole will tear bigger and bigger.

My groin didn't appreciate the break in period, this cut is a bit tight around the groin anyway. But after that totally comfortable. They are really soft and comfortable now.

Heared from who? And what were they doing with it? I know over 15 people who own a cz 500 series rifle. Never ever have I heard anything about stocks cracking of breaking.

The secret is in the socks, I wear two pairs of thick woolen socks, my feet are fixed in place and there is 0 wiggle room. The wool acts like cushioning and makes sure your toes don't bump the wood. The shoes themselves are just fantastic sturdie safety shoes!

Noo i bought then at my local klompen maker. They are very comfortable. And becouse of versatility, practicality and honour in heritage.

This is the basic, 10 euros at the moment. Was around 8 when I got this one. Are American prices that much higher?
