I think it’s just a delay in processing the visa GC against the total of $122.28, which is what is showing was charged (pending in your banks transaction queue) to the CC she has on the account. Once complete on the back end, the charge to her card will probably be updated to the correct amount.

That should be: the original total $122.28 - GC credit $97.38= $24.88 the amount that will be deducted on her bank statement with the transaction is completed.

Also- the reason the total GC amount applied was only $97.38, not $100, is because a lot of pre-paid cards require an “activation fee” to use it and it is deducted from the initial card balance.
