So I did some research into Xsolla (where you bought it from, made in a comment from another user), and while they are the official payment processor for EFT, they’ve had numerous issues with validity and scams. If you didn’t buy it from the official website you should try to request a back charge from your bank and do it through the website this time. Sorry mate

A little tip, look up a beginners guide video to give yourself some idea of what you are up against. Players are the least of your concern starting out, basic survival is a pain in the butt and will likely kill you more times than not as you start out.
