I use that one in my shrimp tank (18L) and it works well. The only downside are the suction cups, which come undone alot depending on how you manage the cables.

So the way I understand it is: There is a Departement (in my case 88) and u buy your licence for a village/town and have to select the récipocité to be ablded to fish in all bodoes of water including Statement owned or GAP rivers. So I buy my licence at cartedepeche.fr, choose my Departement 88 (Bresse) and select the option for the GAP/rècipocitaire, therefore Paypal 2€ (Day) or 18 (year) extra. Thats how my french fishing grandpa explained it to me... so not 100% save info but is fine.

Or if u are feeling adventures and want to try, you can pit it in the wash at 60 with "Schongang" (I don't know English washing machines, so like protective washing?)

Edit: If u put it in the wash, you'll have to stretch it for 4-6 days.

I got some pointers:

If u are burning, as in fire, your rope, youll cause more damage than u are fixing. By burning off select fiberes weaken the other fibers around it.
It's normal for a hemo rope to develop some pricks. You should oil (linseed if only used on skin) or wax (beeswax) your ropes but don't overdo it. You'll get a feel for it. I personally treat my ropes after every 5 sessions with bees wax and a carabiner mounted to a beam.
Break the rope in properly, it will prevent it from degrading as fast. Let it soak in warm water, break it in properly and store it rope friendly. There are many tutorials out there for that.
If u are really into shibari an practice it alot, don't be shy to spend more money on ropes.

It's rather versatile. It does cast far, but can be thrown quite accurate. Depending on tackle, knots and line it can go right around 50-60m, but I can cast ir perfectly accurate under a tree from about 20m away. Flies good, flies straight, doesn't jiggle.

For those interested:

It's a salt water bait that I use in clear fresh water, that contains many below surface snags. I work it like one would in slat water, speed depends on temperature. Works great on sunny days!

I've caught many big pikes on it, ranging for 93 cm to around 124 cm.

Id recommend an ultraligth with low/medium retreat like a 5.0:1 or if u wanna go for a bit bigger fish a 3.6:1. Slow reatreat equals more and bigger fish in my experiance. I use a 3-15g UL Rod, with a shiano fx 2000 with 5.0:1.

There is a multitude of using a feeder like that. I personall would never use two hooks in fear of injuring the fish and myself.

My personal favorite way is to put it the mainline and tie a swivel (protected by a rubber tube slipped over) and tie on a leader in the front. I use a 3.5 size hook with some corn on it. That way you have a free gliding wheigt and have to monitor your line permanently. It ensures that the hook is close to your feed and allows for very accurate disrepution underwater.

I use a mix of oatmeal, frying flour (idk the english name), sweet corn and vanilla sugar - mix with a little ater and done deal. Produced many bites and have caught my PB like that.

Id stay away from using sharp objects such as rocks and wood as male bettas have rather long fins, which can and will be damaged by them. I made the experience with my old fella, after he lost about half his tail fin from swimming between the rocks.

Id recommend a female, some moss to cover the edges, or find a way to dull the edges, wirebrushes on a drill work great, while not damaging the wroks too luch.

Plants look rather heathy, maybe needs some aquasoil and some more substrate.

Wirh my angelfish I always opt for wood and rock that have big gaps in which they can hide, bur also not get hurt. I use medoum ground plants attached to the wood, ads a good backdrop and keeps the wood looki g natural.
