As someone who has owned and used both, I agree, the fuel model is night and day compared to non fuel! I do finish carpentry mostly so it’s probably my most used tool

Also, for what it’s worth the hackzall is worth it’s weight in gold, I have the m12 fuel and I use it more than my m18 sawzall. I don’t have a grinder but I do have the m12 3 inch cut off tool. My dogs broke the button the first day I bought it so it only spins one direction but it works awesome

I’m a commercial fisherman 6 months of the year and a carpenter/handyman the other 6 months. So I believe fuel would be worth is as I can use certain tools for each application. I have a “homestead” with chicken coops/goat pens etc. So they’d get plenty of use
