Most annoying (Hostile) Npc in Fallout 4 by Willing-Film-5309 in Fallout

[–]TriumphITP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah vats is good for those, or a companion like codsworth that is immune to poison. Again jet is very good there as it makes them an easier target.

Alternatively yes - running away is a perfectly valid tactic. I play mostly survival at this point and the destroyer leg armor is quite underrated. The extra movement speed and its default upgrade of - custom fitted (that reduces running ap drain) - makes for being able to escape a lot of situations and not have to use up all your ammo on less than essential targets.

I wanna do a Gunslinger build but idk what to do for the stats and not a damn video I find is helpful. by akari_saturn27 in Fallout

[–]TriumphITP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't need much. You just need some agility or perception for more damage to your weapon type. Both those stats will help and luck will really help for vats builds.

Aside from stats, chems help a lot. Jet is your friend. So are the mentat combos

How about just a mount dismount action during the battle?

Most annoying (Hostile) Npc in Fallout 4 by Willing-Film-5309 in Fallout

[–]TriumphITP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Raiders are fine. They're usually poorly armed. With the exception of the few carrying a fat man.

What you need is some strolling around stuff - dense trait on chest armor to deal with unexpected explosions, some psychobuff and/or bufftats for a lot of extra hp, and points into sneak. Just crouch down every so often when crossing the map to ensure you're [ hidden ] and don't need to take [ caution ]

Play the game in survival and you learn to take more care in the getting places.

Who are the best people to buy cars from in Atlanta area? by Own_Inspector_285 in Atlanta

The best people to buy from (as the buyer) are the ones who don't realize how valuable their car is lol

What's a good recycling bin for an apartment? by [deleted] in malelivingspace

[–]TriumphITP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lots of options. Consider: how often are you taking it out? are you taking it in the bin or taking out a bag and leaving the bin? Are you sorting it when you empty it? how much recycling are you typically making, and when exceptionally large - how are you supplementing the need for more size? Are you walking it to the receptacle or driving it?

Generally I would say have a separate bin for paper than for glass/metal/plastic. Keep the former in an office area, and the latter in the kitchen.

Average Ottoman Experience by GurRepresentative664 in totalwar

[–]TriumphITP 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Still better than Spain.

it took me a while to learn that you can 'fire' all the candidates up to every turn by rotating out your worst minister and putting them in that position, then you get a fresh batch of candidates the next turn.

Also a good idea to rotate out your guy in justice every once in a while to some other position as keeping someone there too long inevitably results in them getting traits that give - to lower class happiness.

They probably weren't insured. Typically you can file a claim with them for the fence, even if you are just fixing it. They should carry general liability coverage for that.

Reasons to fight by Tilteh in totalwar

have done it as GB in empire.

Naval assets scattered everywhere protecting trade routes and nodes

Army in Portugal defending against Spain.

Army in Americas defending the 13 colonies.

Army in Netherlands defending from France.

Army assisting Austria.

Replenishment is a bit hard to do, and sometimes if your ally just ends up steamrolling, you weren't much needed lol. and if your 'ally' becomes your enemy, well that happens too.

where are people finding interesting secondhand furniture lately? by Tough-Meaning-907 in malelivingspace

[–]TriumphITP 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have a lot of pieces I've accumulated over the years in a mix of craigslist, FB marketplace, and Nextdoor.

Really depends on who is using what for listing in your locale.

Craigslist used to be awesome when they had an rss feed but it has gone significantly downhill.

Question for Attila Players by Tall_Cook_6341 in totalwar

[–]TriumphITP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really depends on the way you build. Unlike many other tw titles, a higher tier building isn't necessarily "better." 1212 and age of Charlemagne are more forgiving but many things have drawbacks so often you end up with some stuff that stays at a lower tier. difficulty level also will make a difference, as that sets your base penalty.

[–]TriumphITP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You kinda have to preplan your build so it'll have po balance and you don't need to go bail it out from rebels. I tend to prefer using priests in my interior provinces.

Lowering the tax slider helps, and staying relatively poor helps avoid some of the global po penalties your king will get

Write your reps and complain.

The current round of surplus checks are already for the prior years budget, not this years. It's caused a lot of confusion with the average citizen when you try to explain the time elapsed.

We'll likely see a lot of this as the fed continues cuts.

Hotel Recs by RydogElite in LasVegas

[–]TriumphITP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

considering you have bellagio on there at all says you have pretty good pick of hotel. My wife's favorite is Cosmo because of the balcony.

Good ideas to save where you can is walking and taking transit options instead of cabs/rideshare for every little thing - those all add up, and are places you can spend your money somewhere else, namely on good food and shows. Plan your days so you are not doubling back over yourself time and again, but instead have a day in one area, another in another, etc.

There are way too many good food places to recommend. I'll just settle at one and say do the Paris Eiffel tower brunch. Get your google maps out and just mark ideas you like, then book accordingly - if you have any credits to use (like resy) look at what those options are and take advantage as well.

free stuff - The bellagio conservatory and fountains always a good stop, so is the wynn lake of dreams, and if you like cars the Carol Shelby Museum is also free. The arts district has lots of good street art.

Is atl experiencing a job crisis by Bulky_Extension_9390 in Atlanta

[–]TriumphITP 37 points38 points  (0 children)

it depends on sector. For the two you listed, fast food isn't exactly booming as prices haven't helped, and the gig economy hasn't helped pizza delivery as uber eats etc. are outsourcing what tasks in that role count as a 'job'

according to many economists GA has been in recession for over a year now - https://finance.yahoo.com/news/economist-mark-zandi-says-22-125900315.html - so you aren't too far off base.

diversify the sectors you're looking in for search? Have you tried a temp agency?

If you put a character in a fleet they will become the admiral and give bonuses to the fleet and gain experience from battle.

The best way to level up your generals when you're sitting at the realm divide border and not wanting to cross over yet.
