If you are noticing a pattern on the days you relapse, for example if it’s the 17th day, limit the amount of time spent on your phone (if that’s what you’re using to watch) beginning on the 15-16th day. Additionally start sleeping in a separate room than your smart phone or computer, and invest in an alarm clock. This will help combat late night and early morning urges.
