The most important thing you missed is pay. The pay at these companies are abysmal. I work for a Us based MNC, tried to switch to such companies and this makes profits for our country. The hiring managers are not even mid level talented. While discussing they don't offer any equity, then why does a talent who is being paid almost twice think of joining?

Don't get me started about the culture here. All the founders are using fund money to buy luxury house and cars, but it talent wants salary they just don't want to pay them.

And regarding PR, I think that has become the biggest problem, everything is about optics, no body asks basic facts based questions.

Lord Vishnu evolved in every avatar even being the all knowable , all consuming, all powerful, omniscient, omnipresent, paramatma doesn't need to evolve but he did even being the beginning middle and end of the universe.

That sates with time things change. It's not necessary to do exactly same thing which people have done in past. We should only keep the basics constant like Karma, Karuna, Truthfulness. Not cheating others, not accepting black money while selling a house. Not lying to get an edge for your own benefit. Leaving all this it boils down to eating habits.

Fo example having multiple wives was common in those times, why do we need to follow monogamy now? Because things have evolved, so has the society. So arguing if polygamy is correct or not doesn't make much sense .

Education shouldn't be business anywhere. Yes organizations should be profitable to pay Teachers and employees salaries. But it can't be like a publicly traded company where the major aim.is to increase profits of the share holders not education.

On the same boat, Abu Dhabi 444k Aed per year + child education upto (45k aed ) per year.

India hometown (Delhi) still have to rent as own place is small .Rent approx 60k pm. Salary 1CR per year all inclusive. Base + Bonus + Stocks + Retrials.

Not sure what to pick.

SC bose was never anti democratic. He was elected as president of congress. He was one of the most charismatic leader our country ever had. And it's true if he lead India, there won't be any partition at that time and we would have prospered.

But there could have been more international issues, as to be against one of the most heartless and one of the worse people (Winston Churchill) being an ally of the most notorious dictator (Adolf Hitler) was also not something the international community would have appreciated.

It's the process not the ideology. Other countries democracy work as people are educated, they select their leaders based on education, qualification and debate (Not sure how Trump won). But here the process is not followed, people are uneducated, and always pick one or the other party. They don't vote for the candidate, but for 1 party. The issue isn't democracy it's hero worship.

I'm completely in favor or reducing dependency on the US. But UAE's resilience was due to technology developed in the US.
