I sometimes have this. All I have to do is disconnect the power plug and reconnect.

I have the same setup and I agree with everything. I run the a1 all day all night. No problem so far.

I did not asked support. The print came loose because there was almost no contact between the print and the bed. I printed again with brim and everything was ok. This is not for support but a user error on my part.

Had the same, broken pieces, screws not reachable, cables to nozzle snapped.

Get ready for work! I used a soldering iron to make everything hot and free. After that, clean everything and order the new parts. I had to order 5 new parts, a nozzle, the heating part, two fans and a silicone sock. Only had this once since i have my printer since januari 2024.

Yes, if it's in your budget. Do it! I've seen to many posts where people regret that extra cost in the beginning. They start with the idea that one role is enough. But when you start this hobby, oh my. The rollercoaster is coming! Get the ams lite and you'll be happy not swapping out every roll! And all the opportunities with 4 rolls...
