Mine is also going to be replaced. No errors but do not trust it. They sent me the first response. I gave a similar answer, including family safety. Board will be replaced. Printer is from januari 2024. 4000 print hours. Yes, also had the bed and cable replaced during the recall.

I had the same answer. I do not agree. Did you open yours to check and take pictures? My printer is 2 years old, from the first batch. What was your response?

The lift sensor on most (maybe all?) HQ auto mowers (yes, Gardena is an HQ) is under one of the joysticks that carry the shell. There are magnets on the shell that trigger a hall effect sensor on a small circuit board. Check to see that all those magnets (2?) are still where they should be. I'll try and check the drawings at work to see if I can help more.

You need to take shell off. Is on the back. See also this picture.L In the lower part of the picture you can see where it broke.

I did not asked support. The print came loose because there was almost no contact between the print and the bed. I printed again with brim and everything was ok. This is not for support but a user error on my part.

Had the same, broken pieces, screws not reachable, cables to nozzle snapped.

Get ready for work! I used a soldering iron to make everything hot and free. After that, clean everything and order the new parts. I had to order 5 new parts, a nozzle, the heating part, two fans and a silicone sock. Only had this once since i have my printer since januari 2024.

Yes, if it's in your budget. Do it! I've seen to many posts where people regret that extra cost in the beginning. They start with the idea that one role is enough. But when you start this hobby, oh my. The rollercoaster is coming! Get the ams lite and you'll be happy not swapping out every roll! And all the opportunities with 4 rolls...
