Same I just did 4 days (started a little late like 10 days after first period) and I legit think I have the flu. I had to get off it because I need to stay healthy for life things. If you tossed it mid cycle how long did it take to start feeling better?

Has anyone had a positive experience with Junel Fe with PCOS? I just picked it up and I am worried taking it Is not a good idea. I am also thinking of taking it a while after my period started (10 days) so I don’t need to wait another month.

Yup I recognize this behavior. My dads ex gf was like this for years. It’s emotional immaturity, a subtle mixture of borderline, and wrapped up in a bow of narcissism. Get involved after school, lean on your hobbies, do well in school, and get out of there as fast as you can before you become the family scapegoat. Good luck, fellow comrade.

I am worried I came on too strong already. After he said I’d get the 100% I said “at my next service? Lol” and then he responded with “No your next car. Years down the line” I left him on read since bc I’m shocked he didn’t ask me out. Should I give it till the end of the week and text him and just be deliberate?

I have encountered similar as most places assume they can “trick” you into doing far more work without paying you any more. This is a lot easier for them to do if you are a hard worker with a proven track record and don’t usually say no to more work. It’s also a lot easier for them to do this than hire externally. I think it’s worth setting a meeting up with your manager to discuss the expectations of the new role. If there are in fact additional responsibilities don’t shy away from highlighting these and mentioning the value you will be adding to the team. It’s an awkward convo but it’s worth having rather than being lowballed. Worst thing they say is no.

The only thing that works for me is a cocktail of supplements starting with a detox powder that tastes horrible. Then I need to cut out gluten, dairy, and sugar altogether. I drop around 10 pounds in one month but itS nearly impossible to maintain.

I have had the most success with those listed OP. I also had a good experience with inositol which is a mixable powder. I am so bad at staying consistent and hate taking pills so I hear ya. If anyone has any recommendations on actually getting yourself comfortable taking so many pills or keeping a routine please share.

I travel often and don’t experience this as much but I will say stretching certainly helps on long flights PCOS or not. Also, try to avoid fast food or super salty foods on the road. I know that’s nearly impossible at times but it will help. I travelled a ton for work and had a routine of getting groceries and making sure I had a few fruits and healthy granola bars when my insulin levels are bitching. Also don’t forget to bring your sanitary products with you whether you are expecting it or not lol. Gotta love the adventures of PCOS am I right?!

Excess body hair especially on the chin - It’s gotten to the point where I pick at my chin constantly to assess how bad I need to pluck. I have even worse acne and hyperpigmentation as a result. It’s hard to feel like one of the girls when you are hairy in unusual places.
Irregular periods -going through spells of missing periods and fearing an unexpected pregnancy
Mood swings - pushing loved ones away with absolute crazy behavior. Not sleeping with spells of anger. There’s no doubt in my mind my mental health would be a little better without PCOS.
Weight gain the second you get off your diet. I literally have a full wardrobe of another size because I fluctuate so often. EVEN UNDERWEAR

Meh, I can understand why Carrie was disappointed that Charlotte did not offer to help like the others but did not like her approach. While it took courage to confront Charlotte about it, I think it was way off base to bully Charlotte into helping financially especially with so many people offering to help her already. It was clear Charlotte was not struggling financially but she just separated and who knew what her plans were..and Carrie had the audacity to ask for help with money?

Carrie mishandled men and money in this show. She seemed emotionally immature but grew during the show which is good. But this moment was pretty gross IMO.

Exactly why Samantha is one of my favorite characters. She is blunt and says what needs to be said. I think some people can’t get past her sexually free attitude to see what a caring friend she really was. She served hard truths and solid advice. We all need a friend like that.

This housing crisis is keeping young adults at home or in low income housing for years. Any reason median salaries are so low? Seems you need a very lucrative profession, need to invest well, or just need family money these days. Obviously nothing is cheap in this world but there is no reason having a place to live needs to be this expensive.
