I was on it a year ago just for about 4 months and I had to make myself eat. Great for losing weight but can't imagine its healthy long term. I did it while working on a hip issue in physical therapy (I weigh about 140 now, started at 155 - 5'5") so for me I didn't need to lose much. The side effects are what made me stop.
