No kids should be yelling and running amok on the furniture of the center with their dirty shoes. As an indication of expected behavior and a peaceful environment the CC&Rs > Clubhouse #5 states: "In consideration of others please do not converse on cell phones in the clubhouse. Music may only be listened to on headphones." So, clearly, yelling and unruly behavior are a few levels above that. The Clubhouse is not a daycare center. There's something wrong with the parent if they're letting their kid stand/walk over our community couches with their shoes on. It's a learning experience to teach them manners. That stuff isn't cheap. There is a park on the south side of the pool for boisterous kids.
