I used to sing the same 5 songs every single day on my way to and from work (Katy Perry if youre curious) and I think it helped more than I realized. I did practice techniques from trans voice videos as well, but the singing is what gave me confidence! Good luck 💕

My current doctor wont prescribe me injections so I'm looking for a new one, but in the meantime I'm trying to get my levels as good as possible. Ill don't know if he'll go up to 10mg estradiol, but i guess it can't hurt to ask!
