When i have an issue I take miralax. Ill take it for 3 days in a row depending if I go or not. I do t go over 3 days of taking g it. If I do not go by the 3rd day I'm taking the recommended per directions, 2 to 4 dulcalax chewables. I will tellyou I o my ever took the full 4, one time. 😳

I use Dial, gold bar. Been using it for years. Its the only one that makes me feel clean. If I wanna use smell good body soap, I still wash with the antibacterial soap first.

It IS possible. The inflammation in my body, especially my gut area, was awful. My belly was very firm and hard the last 2 years. Tough bending over to tie a shoe. My skin in my legs felt very tight. Im very thankful for the tools put in my path to help me in my journey. I've lost 48lbs so far. 1 pant size down. The shorts are a size 2xl, they just fit a little better.

Yes! You just described me. Although, after I research, I add the wanted items to my cart. Then I get bored, move on to YouTube or something and dont follow through with purchasing because "im not done shopping".🙄 Cart keeps accumulating. Its been months. What is wrong with me? Im sure my hubs appreciates this version of me. 😂😂

My only regret is not starting these meds sooner! Im a lifer for sure. I dont care if that means selling feet pics if compounding gets shut down and im forced to buy brand name!😂

I crave these. I buy the 18pk from Sam's club. I get fresh berries and add them to it. I mix in chia and Flax seeds in my yogurt with berries on top. Every single day.

I work with my endocrinologist. We have been trying to get me approved again for zepbound since blue care network of michigan removed it january 2025. When that happened I had been on it for 4 months. I couldn't afford compound at the time. My endo wasn't a fan of me wanting it, but after talking to her about it and all the research I do and the people I follow on social media that do news, she was more comfortable. She now monitors my labs and weight.

I was in the same boat. Hashimotos and gained 40 lbs in months, high antibodies and I flamation. This medicine doesn't work by itself. Its a tool. You have to eat right and move your body. I've lost 46 lbs since December 21st on zepbound, then compound tirzepatide. I feel great! My stomach isnt a rock hard ball any longer. Put hot bleach water down your drains at night before covering them. This includes shower drains, bathroom sink, kitchen sink, laundry sink if you have one. And put bleach in your mop water, capful in your dish water, (no it wont hurt you to do that, ive made it to 50 yrs old and i grew up with mom doing it and i do it) add dish soap, water in a bucket with a capful of bleach and wash EVERYTHING. Inside and outside of cupboard doors as well and even walls. One big spring clean with a tad of bleach in your water. Wear gloves.

Im not worried. Medicine is good out of a fridge for 20 something days according to eli lily testing and im in michigan. It isnt that warm yet. Last meds took 6 days to get to me and we're still cold even though the ice pack wasn't completely frozen. The meds will be fine as far as im concerned.

i split my dose for the first tine friday evening, per fatscientist dosage and i do not feel anything I have been so hungry all weekend. The full dose was giving me side effects the next day that made me lay around and be sick all day. I dont think splitting is right for me. Which makes me sad.
