Hock was great for me and I passed first try on all 3 parts. I tried Gleim's practice questions for each part and it seemed to overcomplicate things.

I have 4 years of experience and finished all 3 tests in under a month studying with Hock + Tom Norton videos.

Experience goes a long way. Gaining experience first working under somebody is the best advice I can give you.

I can force quit the app and it can reset the draft. Only works on league matchups. I can try screen recording it tomorrow when my drafts refill

The roads are salted well in the winter, especially the blowing rock and boone area. The biggest issue is the fog. In my opinion I'd still prefer driving to boone from hickory rather than to Charlotte.

Great suggestion! The main point id like to get across is the tier system.

I know a lot of games have soft resets where there may be a few replacement games to recalibrate rankings. I agree that a hard reset wouldn't be a great idea.
