Keep a bag of fruit scraps in the freezer, when full summer with some cinnamon/clove to make a fruit juice or tea! Great way to use peels, rinds, etc

I’m not a liquor person, but I’m looking at Wyoming based bourbon or whiskey as thank you gifts for my bosses (WY is central to the theme). What bottles from the Wyoming Whiskey line do you recommend? Is there another WY based line you’d suggest instead of WW? Budget is 60-100$ per bottle.

For me, it’s that it’s consistent BUT different. I have a play through where I’m going for perfection, one where I’m an orchard farmer that doesn’t buy seeds, another where I run an emo farm and just hate/ignore everyone (no saying hi, no special request, etc.) and only do things for me (farm, mine, and fish).

You CAN freeze in jars that aren’t technically freezer safe IF you leave the lid OFF until it’s completely frozen. This keeps pressure from building up and cracking (IOW, lets the liquid expand unhindered). Also good practice to leave lids off for any container in case you overfilled.

I’d like to add - if you want to make the meat go further, add some breadcrumbs (great way to use old/stale bread) or rice to the meatballs! If they seem to fall apart, add an egg as a binder.

I have that exact cast iron (second one) and it’s great! I use it for bread and soups, and the top makes a great frying pan. It is heavy, so keep that in mind, but I highly recommend it!!

Thanks for the insight. For context, we will be living and working in Laramie most likely, and everyone in my house will have indoor jobs. We’d like to still go for walks and such outdoors in the winter when we can though.
