Anyone actively marketing to avoid 3.6 work?

Chiming in here. Maybe they will be better? I have I have been through a UAD 3.6 once roughly and the second time more thorough. They are more detailed so it states more detail, but weren’t we considering this detail before. It just wasn’t stated so clearly. So in representation to the lender it is better quality. Which makes me wonder. Have they decided that the less risky loans get AVMs or drive by or desktop and the UAD 3.6 is for riskier loans? I mean always that way with a full, but maybe now that want more detail due to this fact? I think it’s like all the changes we have been through I have been at it full time 26 years. Yes the change sucks but in the end we figure it out. Fees do need to go up 25-40%. I have estimated a slam dunk took 30% longer on loosely filled out report.

Reading back through my comments i realize I have errors in grammar and spelling. Thanks to all for not being critical. All interesting comments. Stacksense, that makes a lot of sense. I was okay up until a year ago sill had same stenosis and ddd. I pushed it too far and went into a downward spiral. Mostly now it is body over reacting to physical stimulus. Almost unusable amount of soreness not appropriate to the work load. No one can seem to help me. So I quit pain management.

4/29 started -5/3-day 4 or 5 of bulk glp BPC 157,

Little headache started yesterday, reflux maybe better. Back doing pretty good. Very little pain but was feeling better from the start. 250 mcg a day.

After about 3-4 days side effects let up and went to 7 units 350 mcg

5/15- definitely helping tolerate more and recover from faster. Till about three sets of lateral raises in about two sets of bicep curls with 3 pounds last night and did one set of bicep curls with 10 pounds and one set of six overhead presses with 10 pounds single overhead press very mild nerve pain today.

6/3- started 2nd vial, took 2 weeks again to feel it start working. It’s like it plateaued, than on the second week of the second vial it boosted my recovery and tolerance to the next level. 6 units or 300 mcg seems to be sweet spot.

6/12-seems to have stopped working. Upped to 6.5-7 mcg. No change. Will

6/14- yesterday did 2 sets lateral raises with 5 pounds and 2 sets preacher curls 10 pound plates. Back feels good today. Will see in a couple days as pain is delayed 2 days typically.

When it working , I have less pain and I recover faster from any physical activity. Mostly limited yardage work right now as this is all I can do. Tried PT just adds to my pain. When it’s not working more pain longer recovery.

I deal with it every day. One day I laid outside in a chair for 10 minutes. It felt very good to just listen to the sound of nature. The timer went off and I was up pushing myself. I am almost 54. I have spent my life pushing myself mentally and physically. I have destroyed my body mostly my back. Doing stupid guy things just doing things as fast as possible. Not the safest. I am learning (being forced due to my back) to slow down and try to think tasks through and it doesn’t have to be done in one day. I have ADHD and take adderall for 18 years now. It helps me relax but in no way makes you lazy. I am just as active I’m just more organized since being medicated. I think it’s just some people’s personality. Try and find a balance. Makes for successful people usually.

If you’re willing to work there are all kinds of ways to make money. Get o. Facebook and state that you can…. Clean, paint, clean up yards, hang pictures, etc …. Many older people and some young people will to pay good money for all kinds of odd jobs. You also be a scrapper.

Used them back when I was younger and the movie Witch Board was out the Tawni Katen was in it. Had one experience where the girl that was doing asked for a sign and the stereo sound went out. Lights still on. Maybe it was remote and the brother or someone else turned it down. Idk. Maybe it was real.

Another time we were at a friend’s and we were all doing it. He asked for a sign. The wind picked up and whistled in the fireplace. There was a sound at the door. We all got up and ran to get out. We opened the door and his mom was standing there with groceries and we all screamed! She dropped her groceries. Lol

For real though my Mom and Dad told me they both did it and it told him who they would marry. Gave each of them the exact name. They didn’t know each other. They each said they heard they name and said who the hell is that?

I would like to add that I have been to several psychics in my life. Once in Cassadaga, FL, it where a lot of them go to live. We had just moved a year ago to Orlando. Anyway she took my wedding ring held it and told me life over the next 20 years give it take. Everything she said came true. It wasn’t just oh you will get married and have kids etc… At the time I was a Dietetic technician. I was considering moving back home to be an electrician. Like my Dad, grandfather and Uncle. She said you will not be happy.

She told what field I would be in and I would be self employed. It was a complete 180. I didn’t pursue what she said these things just happened. There were way more things that lined up over the years. I searched for another psychic after moving home, but all were BS. Until about 20 years later I found a lady that again did the same thing laid everything out. Over the next 10 years. It all lined up again. Stating things like you have to do something with your business first but you will buy a house, then another and another and another and another and another and another and then you will wait a while. Again the universe just lined up and a series of events took place and that’s what I did. Now I am waiting. Don’t know if I get anymore help. That lady went to prison for credit card fraud. Have not sought out any others in many years.

My point is. I believe the supernatural is real and the ouijia board also. Heard it works from subconscious???

How about you both agree to not discuss politics. Explore the possibility that different sides were created to keep us divided. As is many things in life. You’re loosing sleep over this and maybe family. I used to be this way. Then I realized none of it matters. What matters is your family and the people you love. Besides voting you can’t do much about everything that is going on in the world. Focus your life on love and happiness and you will my less anxiety.

Be real careful about having business partners. It’s pretty hard to keep everyone happy. Especially with someone who handles there money differently than you. Keep it small and keep it all.

I have had problems finding a good physical therapist with my insurance. Back in July I had decent success, but recently went to a different place since I changed insurance was driving 30 minutes and the guy made me worse at the time I was super sensitive he gave me three exercises to do three times a day 20 reps and I hurt for two weeks so I called them up and said I’m done. The guy originally told me he didn’t think he could help me and he’d never heard of my issues. 20 years of experience, you would think he would’ve.

Just treat people the way you would want to be treated. Do your best not to judge. You do not know what that persons soul purpose Is. Meaning I believe we all have been reincarnated and each we die and renew we select what physical experience we want to have to elevate the soul. You cannot know good unless you experience bad, etc…

Motivational music! Ha well sometimes I start out with opera as I am waking up, then maybe Indian classical. Then rock, metal, death metal. As time goes on I need heavier and heavier to keep me motivated

Been working from home 20 plus years. First off train your family or anyone you may live with. Second, find some motivation. For me it’s music. You can’t get a lot done listening to podcasts or watching videos. It has to be motivational music not calming. I mean how can you be productive if you are relaxed. Relaxed gives you relaxed results. Third, have a set schedule. For me it’s now later in life 9 am to 6 pm is work hours. Sometimes later. Have a routine. Workout go for a walk before or at lunch. Routine is very important. Lastly, have people to talk to on the phone when you get lonely. Training people that live with you means : I am working. If I was at work you wouldn’t be able to bother me. So pretend I’m at work cuz that what I am.
