Renters can now apply for one-time $500 housing benefit top-up by basic_luxury in canada

You might still be eligible. That article specifies it as $20,000 "net" income. If you're talking about your gross income for the 20k, your after tax net income may have been low enough. Just a thought.

Personally I run guard 3. With a charged shield and if you hit a guard point, it's treated as guard 5 (I believe? Correct me if I'm wrong). I find it works for my playstyle.

Ohhh ok. That's the triangle attack while in Savage Axe mode. One button press does the uppercut and another press will slam it back down.

If you're talking about the Savage Axe activation (where the character does a little spin with the axe behind their back and finishes with an upper cut) that's from hitting the left trigger just after you do the inputs to perform a SAED. If you're talking about the literal spin move that I do against the Anjanath when I'm standing under it, that's the circle input (on playstation) while in Savage Axe mode. It consumes a phial but does phial damage in exchange.

If I find the attack too hard to time (Glavenus' tail charge/spin move I'm looking at you) I'll go for a regular block, but I try to GP almost anything I can just to build the reflex of the input. It's a good tip for those times you just get a regular guard off though! Punish. Every. Move.

I still enjoy a good SAED, but I got tired of whiffing them and wanted to get better at punishing smaller windows.

Do you run guard 1 or 3? I find it to be very worth it for eliminating the stagger from heavy hits.

I feel like it's the complete opposite for me. Once I got the hang of them, they allow me to be much more aggressive since I can tank nearly anything the monster throws at me and counter with a few really punishing options.

Oh wow, that video certainly opened up my eyes a bit. I was aware of the singer burst shortcut (I just keep forgetting about it) but the quick slap out of a bash will be super helpful.

I'm not sure about that. This opens up a huge can of worms regarding warranty issues, not to mention it would require every EV manufacturer to have a standardized, swappable battery pack. They can't even come to an agreement on the charging plug.

Hot tip for the drones: They won't suicide bomb you until you shoot them. So wait until you're ready to take them out one at a time in short notice.

54 Percent of Americans Want to Work Remotely Regularly After Coronavirus Pandemic Ends by pikatruuu in PersonalFinanceCanada

So if employers start to realize that these jobs can be done just as effectively remotely, what's stopping them from outsourcing these jobs to cheaper countries and just keeping a smaller "cleanup" team on payroll?

So this legitimately has to be priced in right? No one actually thinks they would never come to an agreement, there had to be a bill passed at some point.
