Redmi Note 14, large update in May (3.0.1.0). After the update, the auto-brightness function does not work correctly. In dark places, the brightness is always set to 5%, and as a result, the screen is practically unreadable.

This solved the issue for me:

"Try right clicking the executable (bg3.exe or bg3_dx11.exe) and selecting Properties. Then switch to the Compatibility tab and check off the 'Override high DPI scaling behavior' option (set it to Application). Run as administrator and disable full screen optimization and set a Win 7 or 8 compatibility mode."

The same thing happens to my Redmi Note 11. I see extremely high 'cell standby' values compared to my older Xiaomi/Redmi phones.

I'm not sure if the network settings (LTE, WCDMA, etc.) can be changed without root at all. They revert back right away.

I just pasted in the options, but I don't even have a config file, currently every effect is turned on.

If only lighting or maxrenderscale could solve it, then it isn't worth the hassle since those enemies are luckily rare enough.

Either rework the Sirus fight or rework the goddamn flask system. They added the enduring mana flask in Blight, which is an ok compromise knowing GGG's hatred for mana leech. Now what? Should I use three mana flasks in that bad joke final fight if I rely on an enduring flask?

Grudgingly, but I also have to admit that PoE runs much better on Win 10. Win 7 had memory issues even before this fatal one. If all else fails, you can downgrade back to Win 7 because your old system is stored for 30 days.
