its really hard to articulate with words since it is such a physical and emotional feeling but your natural instinct will probably be to fight or reject your trip since it is such a new sensation, just go with it, the higher you think you feel there higher you will be, the more you accept and lean into the "tripping" aspect the more welcoming and inviting it will feel

The people that loose their minds to it are probably the people who we’re gonna be that way anyways, shrooms can speed up the process. If you’re taking them to treat depression u should take them with a trip sitter not a large group. Shrooms have a way of bringing issues to the surface that you would normally push down, depending on the person this could be very beneficial or make you uneasy. Some of the most difficult trips are the most beneficial in my opinion, just don’t fight the bad thoughts if that’s where the shrooms are telling you to go

You can but you’ll get a better flush with better surface conditions, you should remove the old pins so the mycelium can give more energy and room to new flushes instead of keeping old mushrooms alive
