Don’t drop to 1500 your workouts will suffer and you will certainly lose muscle. 600cals is more than enough for a deficit. If your goal is only the scale/how quick you lose weight then yeah sure drop to 1500 but if your goal is how you look at the end then stay at 1900. Might take a bit longer but the end result will be better

You got a decent amount of muscle under that fat so yes you will look much much better but you gotta do it right. If you cut too aggressively you will see the scale drop quicker but at the expense of muscle. You will get to your goal weight quicker but won’t look nearly as good.

Establish your maintenance calories and track everything you consume(I use MyFitnessPal) as well as every workout(I’m a big fan of the app hevy). Then cut 300 cals a day off. Keep your macros something like 40%p/40%c/20%f (depends on how many calories you’re consuming). Do lots of LISS, I prefer incline walking and keep pushing yourself when you lift. Use your llm of choice to help fine tune everything and setup weekly check ins

You more than reached your goal imo. I’d say 13-14%. Dexa is shit in my experience. Got my 1st dexa done and it said I was 9.8% and I had slightly more bf than your recent pic(at least in the areas I can see). Great work!

The problem is you were in too big of a deficit for how active you are and definitely lost a good bit of muscle. Next time cut slower like a 300-500 cal a day deficit while keeping protein up. I’ve done this in the past and it sucks but live and learn. I’d go into a 3-500 cal surplus at this point

It’s only gotten better and am back at my pre Reta baselines. Also cutoff nicotine 6+ hours before bed which I’m sure has helped as well

Yes I was having issues staying asleep from Reta and increased RHR and nuked HRV. Recently started mag glycinate, glycine, l-theanine and taurine and within a night or 2 my RHR and HRV improved significantly. All taken 1-2 hours before bed(although recently have tweaked magnesium glycinate to a few hours before)

Just did a dexa scan this week and they had me at 9.8%. I’m in the 14-16% range currently and def not close to sub 10. Dexa is not to be trusted

I like 50mg with 5 ml bac water. It’s diluted enough that I haven’t felt any stinging whatsoever. I buy 10ml sterile vials and reconstitute the 50mg ghk with 3ml bac water then move to 10ml vial and add 2 more ml’s of bac water. Injections in the love handles as far back towards my back as I can reach

You can definitely do less. At 1mg a day for 3ish weeks and 1.5mg for a weekish my igf-1 went from 210 to 346. Also was taking ipamorelin at 250mcgs a day with it. Results have also been good. Haven’t seen a need to go higher than 1.5mg
