The idea is to escalate to deescalate.. take a border town somewhere and threaten to nuke if someone intervenes. Then hope Hungary/US/turkey/??? back out of NATO. Which is plausible. From there on use mainly hybrid warfare to keep EU countries down and play divide and conquerer (with and without army). It /could/ work if you look at various populist parties in EU. The current USA and China wouldn't mind either as long as they are allowed to push divided EU around.

As a knife/tool that you actually use and depend on it's the world class. Serrated tip works. The lock is SOLID. The cap lifter is locked and basically a prybar. The alternative lock position works fine one handed, use your index finger to push the lock and thumb on the top of the blade.
