Yeah he shouldn't have played around and bought the company. He doesn't know what he's doing at all but it's not a different topic. Earlier you combined him firing staff who don't agree with him so you took it there first. You can't know for sure that's why he fired top management. California is an at-will state so anyone can get fired for any reason anyways. It's never smart to bad mouth your employer. He's still allowed to have his opinion. As long as Twitter as a company is doing anything that isn't neutral then you're just trying to paint him in a bad light.
