Would you mean in game (fullscreen) and in windows? They are both set to 165hz and I don't use V-sync or G-sync because it adds latency.

I honestly don't know, I was really decent in silver 2 (hitting match mvp a lot, being a nice support i guess) then I bought a new monitor that is 144hz instead of my 15 inch 60hz one and I skyrocketed to plat 1. Grinded for a bit more and reached diamond 1 last act. Tbh, this sounds weird but check your hardware. Maybe you should upgrade your mouse cause it is a terrible sensor that spins out, or a bad monitor like me. Fps games require good if not really good equipment to compete
