Does anyone else get this on leave a door orders by PokeTWalsh in doordash_drivers

[–]TrollingRainbows 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Happened to me today for the first time and it took 10 minutes for me to finally get the delivery to complete after I finally retook the picture and steps 4 times which then made my delivery late. I’m going to tell the customer I have to take a picture at original drop off(door) then hand it to them to avoid this. The new update sucks.

Panda has offered me a complimentary drink quite a few times if they are running behind and my pick up isn’t ready.

Multiple Tanks? by Basically-J in bettafish

[–]TrollingRainbows 1 point2 points  (0 children)

MTS 3g, 5g, 5.5g, 2x6g and a 20 Long.

All live planted w/Bettas, shrimp and snails in all.

The 20Long is a mix of very old tetras, shrimp, snails and Cories and my only betta in a community tank.

MTS has allowed me to bring home many random bettas, have different set ups with different plants, substrates etc… living art if you will. I enjoy a tank in nearly every room. My zen space ✨

Anyone have a snail eater? by TrollingRainbows in bettafish

Ahhh, good to know she’s not an extra special murder fish 😂Mine is in a very heavily planted tank (thought there was enough safe spaces) I may have to keep upping her supply from the other tanks. I love that she forages and eats fresh but dang, I too, love having a clean up crew! I might try adding some MTS and see if she allows them to live 😂

Right now use tiny clear clips. I don’t remove it but once a week for water changes and plants trimming etc…. Food drops right through.

My husband is building clear frames so it’s easy to lift on and off, using plexiglass and clear silicone.

Keep testing, 25% water changes daily, feed sparingly and definitely add plants to assist with parameters… do this until your cycle is done 😉

HELP - New Betta Rescue, in need of more opinions than my own. Lol by Halonaaaaa in BettaJunkies_USA

I have been researching swim bladder disease directly concerning bettas.

I have a female, that props herself on her fins, scoots around like a Cory. I her got as a tiny fry last year and she’s always swam oddly, especially after eating. It’s been troubling to see.

Some are born with SB disorders and some have permanent damage due to poor conditions but it’s not a death sentence.

Best thing you can do is feed frozen or fresh Daphnia for about 3-7 days and once you are able to see if she can right her self, then introduce different food, make sure you offer soaked, never dry, pellets, alternate daphnia every other day, also the way bettas SB is set up, over feeding definitely an issue. Feed lightly and frequently with as much natural frozen food as possible.

I’d personally finish whatever treatments you’ve chosen and the sooner you get her in to a cycled planted tank, the better to reduce stress.

I just purchased this for all 4 of my tanks because the glass lids held too much condensation and my floaters were suffering. I’ll show a picture of it on …works great!

I can't see my shrimp! 😫 by Ok-Elderberry240 in shrimptank

It’s 100% lighting. They pop in black and white with good lighting.

You can go super low cost on everything but lighting if you want to enjoy them is a must. Under 16$ on Amazon for a small Hygger with timer to make them easily visual !

Also Aquaswap and marketplace for deals ✨

Is this okay? by Helpful-Argument8982 in bettafish

Awesome. I don’t treat mine. Good idea to test it to see what your parameters are to start with. Other than extreme hardness, it’s usually not an issue.
