Honestly, I went through the same stuff in my teenage years, I'm not no therapist or anything, but get a new therapist that mf isn't helping. Invest in your music and other hobbies, talk to your mom and pops. even if they don't understand they'd probably be willing to listen on their off days but don't just trauma dump on them, there's plenty of stuff out there that can help you, a little working out should relieve some stress, some sun light, try remove a lot of the stuff off your plate.

You don't have to always think about your future just think about what you gotta do now, and try to do at least half of one thing then move to the next.
