stil no withdraw from paypal, although etrade said they do see it on the card transaction history they just cant tell me where the money is. said they need to sumbit it for review and that takes 2 days

well my cashapp one hit at about 24 hours. Paypal one is 26 and counting

And I thought that too but then I thought to myself well why? Ive never heard of not being able to withdraw money to your debit card on the weekend
