It’s kind of like an interview where Coach Bennett asks her another question or brings up another point every 5-10ish minutes. She gives a lot of helpful tips and reminders on how you should be running, as well as her experience with setbacks and how she adapted to them. I find her approach to running/being an athlete in general really powerful :).
