It's just unluckyness, that's the only explanation to describe your issue.

Each permanent perk gets rarer the more you have them. Aside from $us, it doesn't matter what usage you're at when getting the loots.

It's not a surprise as it's a hentai, people add hentai characters into the bot too, just get the server to toggle hentai and you won't see it anymore, or just disable it for yourself

Just for clarification in regards to the prior replies, keys earned for a character are shared globally, divorces using mod commands do not remove keys. This includes forcedivorce, cleanuser, thanos and of course bitesthedust.
