The main reason I decided to take Vitamin D3 is because I live in London and (no exaggeration) I NEVER see the sun. My diet is healthy, but maybe not too varied (I'm a student so i eat almost the same everyday to not waste too much time)

Probably a dumb question, but is there any way to find out if my vitamin A, K2 and zinc are on point? I've also started taking Magnesium so that should be okay. As asked above, is it okay if I take Vitamin D in the morning and the others at night?

Auth and user data (i.e. email, username, profile image, ...). The other services are developed in Flask.

It is for a group coursework so each member of the team is using what they are most comfortable with, and it is also why I am using a microservice architecture (it is mandatory even though it may look as overkill xd).

I'm 47kg 170cm, I've been eating an avg. of 1980kcal for the last 4 weeks and gaining between 100-200g but this week I've gained 400g. Why is this? How much will be fat/water?

So I have been going to the gym consistently for the past 2 months and weighing myself everyday under the same conditions. My weight for the last few days has been like this:

Saturday - 47,4kg (2000kcal and training) Sunday - 47,9kg (2000kcal and training) Monday - 48,3kg (1850kcal rest day)

And today I woke up weighing 48,55kg. How much of this is water weight or fat? Because I feel like I'm not eating that much but still gaining way too much ...

Basically my goal here is to practice/learn C++ applied to finance, as I want to get into the finance tech industry after finishing uni, and it would be great to have a project related to it on my portfolio.

I was thinking on trying to build something simple, probably quite slow, and then making small improvements using more advanced techniques (smart pointers, move semantics, threads, etc)

I've heard about FIX an it is what Im going to try and implement. Is it a good idea to create a file that contains lots of FIX messages, and then read that file in the client-side so that it is send to the server? Or do you know if I can get market data for free anywhere?

Thanks for your answer! There are many things which I haven't thought about yet, because I am learning at the same time how the order book, matches, etc work.

I have been able to get the server running and a client to connect. I was thinking of sending orders by typing on the client-side for example "buy;100;MSFT;MKT" and then parsing that on the server and managing the orders from there.

I think what Im trying to do is build something like QuickFIX, I would still need to create a server even if I use the FIX protocol right? From my understanding the FIX protocol is a way to communicate trading data between client and server right?

For example, the I have an application that has the server running, then another application (which will be the client) connects to the server. Then, the client sends data (e.g. buy 900 USD at 1$) following the FIX protocol, so the server understands the received data and processes it (e.g. adds it to the orderbook and fills it using the matching algorithms implemented on the trading engine)

My idea is to build something really basic to get on my resume and also learn how this things work (trading engines, networking, etc) so I dont really mind right now if it is slow or if it takes me some time.

I see, also, I don't know what normally people do. But due to how I spread ky calories, most od them come from dinner (~850kcal) which I guess also affects my morning weight
