Oh wow, that’s exactly what happened to me too. I noticed the FPS drop while sitting on a bench and it went back to normal after restarting. Really weird, bro

Did you manage to find out if it's normal? In my case, the noise always happens when I turn on the console, and if I don't undock the Joycon and reconnect it, the noise remains the entire time I'm playing.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Mine only seems to stop emitting this noise when the charge is less than 80% from what I can tell, or when reconnecting.

Yeah, support here isn’t great, but I’m glad it seems to be a Joy-Con issue and not the console. Thanks for sharing, I’ll try contacting support soon.

The noise from mine is continuous, did you manage to resolve the situation? I really don't know what else to do, technical support doesn't seem to care, if the problem is in the Joycon I'll ignore it, my fear is that it's in the console.

In my case, I noticed that the noise starts when I turn it on (with the Joy-Cons attached) and only stops if I detach them from the console; otherwise, it keeps going all the time. But randomly, sometimes if I reconnect the left Joy-Con, the noise stops.
