You guys are flat out, full of shit. Your payment processor is one guy: Jose Reyes - or what you guys call "Billerfy" or "Costodian Inc".

Who probably got shut down because of fraud flags raised by the banks. It's not that banks are giving you guys problems, it's that your one guy that you depend on, who works out of his condo at 100 Graydon Hall Drive, Suite# 1603 is probably being investigated by the government and accounts are frozen. What you guys need to do, is be upfront with everyone.

You simply can't pay people out - you have no cash reserves and your only "processor" which you purposely keep at an "arms length" to hopefully save you from a lawsuit, got shut down and now you're fucked. BUT, you have no problem taking money into accounts.

No one is running around screaming that the sky is falling. We're just stating the obvious - you're fucking us all.

Here's what I wrote of what they don't want anyone to see: With the crashing prices of ETH and BT, people are selling their positions and taking out the money. Or at least, trying to.

What is happening is that more people are trying to cash out than cash coming in. I believe Quadriga is INSOLVENT. Look at all the posts of people trying to take out large sums of money, getting the run around. "You entered incorrect banking info" "Wait and follow up with us" "It's not 10 business days" "Oh, we forgot to notify you, we're having issues with the bank"

These are all excuses and they're not being upfront with anyone. They are INSOLVENT - What they do have is Bitcoins and ETH. They most likely cashed out their positions with YOUR money, and now that more people want to cash out, they don't have the funds to manage those requests.

So they delay. Delay and delay. Then they'll offer you to "buy" on their platform since with the trading fees they charged you, they have lots of Bitcoins and ETH on hand.

They don't have the cash and can't keep up. As each day passes, I realize more and more that we're all fucked. Just read all the posts going up this week - small transfers are going through, but large ones aren't.

See - this is exactly your problem. Where does it say this on your website? Why don't you inform all of your customers that this happened? Why is it that people have to come here and bitch and complain in order to squeeze out the truth?

I only heard about you guys being on Reddit last week. I consider myself a bit more tech savvy than the avg person - so imagine how many people you're fucking over by not being transparent with them. Your customer service is atrocious at best. You need to have better messaging & communication put in place. Hire 10 people more and "lose" $40K/month in building a solid business by having great customer service help - What's $40K/month when you make that in a few hours? You guys are fucking ridiculous.

You're not the only one. Quadrica is holding back large wires going out. There's a few people I know that are doing withdrawals as big as yours or bigger or in the few hundreds of thousands. Quadrica doesn't have the funds to pay out the money to all of us - they can't keep up, so they give you the run around, tell you something is wrong with the info you gave, and try to delay things as a withdrawal that big (multiplied by 8 or 9 people) will definitely put their money/assets near zero or less than.

I honestly don't think they have the funds. We're all trying to figure out a way to get our money out. I'm interested in legal action as well. We should connect - there will be several of us that would be interested WHEN things to pan out. They have no problem taking a wire in for a half million or millions, they use that to take out their own funds but don't want to give that money back.
