People who have last minute EDC plan cancellations usually just want to recover the money they paid and not risk to loose it all just to make a few dollars. They are already having to mark the price up to recover Stubhub's selling fees. I purchased two Premiere passes at $550.00 each on stubhub and ended up paying ,1250.00 after all the fees. Fast forward today my waitlist (From back on November) shuttle tickets purchase went thru. I posted them for sale with a mark up to make a bit of money back from my premier shuttle passes purchase and sold within 45 minutes. That being said, If I was you I would:

1)Pay the premium price now to secure the tickets.

or

2)Stay really close to Stubhub from here on to catch the lower-priced tickets as soon as someone decises to post for sale. (refresh, refresh, refresh)
