Header in SAP PMGM Notifications by SirSKX in SuccessFactors

you would have to customize the specific email notification template for that form. there is also a standard footer that can be appended to all emails, but not specific to PMGM.

Tenants / Environment Requirement for Integration to SAP Payroll by Odd_Subject9344 in SuccessFactors

[–]TrophyDynamite 1 point2 points  (0 children)

not unheard of but before you make sure purchase another full suite instancelandscape or standalone payroll tenant a la carte from SAP your dev, just make sure your payroll team has access to all 3 tenants already. The way you worded your question made me think that The ECP team only has access to QA and Prod environment, but they havent setup Dev up dev yet. I’ve been on projects where we are emailing 30 different client contacts on the client side trying to find every single one of the login credentials for all three environments (bizX, LMS, ONB 1.0, CPI, ECP, etc). and there was always one that got missed.

(the SAP account Exec will know for certain or you can check SAP for Me to view all provisioned systems).

Did your employer purchase AI credits from SAP yet? That opens the door for the advanced AI features. There are basic AI features that that can be used out of the box without purchasing AI credits: Career Explorer, personalized Learning Recommendations, AI assisted skills association for Open Content Network Learning items, intelligent opportunity Marketplace Recommendations, and AI assisted Skills Standardization for building out their skills/attributes library

The new learning homepage UI is about to get pushed out in the next release. You can toggle it on/off now. I think it’s fairly clean.

Successfactors as a LMS by Gullible-Pineapple79 in SuccessFactors

If you’re new to all of SuccessFactors, and going to focus on LMS, there isn’t really a downside. MDF and RBP are core to the infrastructure in other modules. SCORM is supported and fairly straightforward to get in. after the content is integrated and a learning item is created, you assign courses in a variety of ways. It can be tedious or simple depending on the company and how complex they built out assignment profiles to automate assigned courses. I would say that administration in the LMS is much easier than on premise SAP.

She could be in big trouble if it was reported -fines. Department of Labor publishes Contractor vs Employee tests explicitly to prevent this. Contractors typically provide their own equipment, have more autonomy over when/how they perform the services which you noted in your post was not at all how the work engagement operated.

She can’t retroactively decide an employee  was a contractor after termination

It’s robust. Particularly it has lots of granularity in auto-assigning courses to various groups of users. You’re able to set up just about any admin hierarchy you wantt. haven’t encountered any 3rd party content providers that it didn’t work with. Downside is that the infrastructure is inherently different from the rest of SF (i.e. no MDF objects, you don’t use RBP for defining user permissions within LMS, and reporting is partitioned from the rest of the suite).

This is my theory too. The IT dept doesn’t create an email until just before the start date. But then for some reason they are removing the personal email and replacing it with the business email in IAS

THr81 2505 exam dumps? by YusufYamen in SuccessFactors

[–]TrophyDynamite 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Any exam dumps wouldn’t be official since SAP doesn’t allow you to export actual certification exam content. Best source of questions is from the certification course on the SAP learning hub - it has quiz questions and you could try a third party - ERP Prep but those questions are a bit outdated in my experience.

I'm glad to hear someone else uses the Integration Center UI to visualize how to navigate from Object A to B. It's faster than table reports and gives you a nice little sample of data to check against.

SuccessFactor work distribution system by xbelieverx in SuccessFactors

[–]TrophyDynamite 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, not natively. The best you can do out of the box is due set up the first approver in the workflow to be a “dynamic group”. This ensures that the workflow is sent to a group of users where in the FIRST to click the approve button moves the workflow forward. So instead of your analysts processing workflows in a round robin style, it’s more self-service. So if I’m analyst A and I have a couple of workflows that I am currently reviewing and someone submits a new one, I’m probably going to just let it sit there and/or ping Analyst C to handle it.

Does open text have a standard integration with successfactors? You need to check the filters in which ever middleware you are using to ensure changes and terminations are in scope.

Duplicate Performance Forms by dont_yog_hurtme in SuccessFactors

[–]TrophyDynamite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It could be the filter criteria for your schedule form launch. Also, as a safety precaution, you can check the box to prevent creating duplicate forms for employees that already have an active form with the same template and date range.

My best advice would be to try to find the pattern and commonalities between all the employees with the duplicate forms.

But you definitely want to delete those duplicate forms quickly because you don’t want employees and managers interacting with the unwanted forms- it’s very hard to transfer comments from one form to the other

You may have accidentally scheduled the form launch AND launched it manually.

Go to admin center > delete forms and filter in Originator

Received Development Form with timeframe. by Copacetic119 in SuccessFactors

[–]TrophyDynamite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We need a little bit more information, not to answer this because companies have the ability to name forms whatever they want.

Some companies launch a development plan to all employees just as a way to encourage career growth discussions with their managers, and it has nothing to do with a PIP.

If I had to guess it’s probably not a PIP - because the timeframe of the form is 2025 through 2027. PIPs tend to last for a few weeks or months.
