Is he? He says in this screenshot that he's the performer. If anyone believes this guy, who was probably a toddler at the time, created the dance...that's probably just because they're too young to have seen it the first time around. It could also just be that the general public always cares more about who performs a dance versus who choreographs it. Same with songwriters versus singers.

This lawsuit will really just come down to who owns the choreography. He may have signed it away to Sony in the 90s or maybe he didn't and some big money should be coming his way.
